At darkmarket.audio, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and professional services. Due to the nature of our offerings, please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Sample Packs, Beat Packs, Sound Banks, etc.)

• All digital product sales are final.

• Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

• If you experience an issue with your download (e.g., broken link, corrupted file), contact us at marcus@darkmarket.audio and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase.

• Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases (accidental repeat orders).

  • Technical errors on our end (e.g., incorrect file delivered).

Services (Mixing, Mastering, Production, etc.)

• Deposits for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a project is canceled before work starts, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

• If you are unsatisfied with a service, we will work with you through the included revisions (as outlined in your package). Additional revisions beyond what’s included may be subject to extra fees, not refunds.

• Completed services are non-refundable, as time and creative work have already been invested.
